This story is so very beautiful, it is heart-breaking and heart-warming at the same time, with a cast of wonderful characters, I loved being back in Kangaroo Ridge with the Carrington family, this visit will Felix find the love of his life with new comer Jasmine?

Jasmine Clarke arrives in Bendigo looking for a new start in life for herself and her young son, Liam after her partner left her for his boss’s daughter, she takes a potion as a care worker in the local aged home and loves it, she makes friends with resident, eighty four year old Winnifred Knightly, who lived most of her life in Peppercorn House in Kangaroo Ridge and they have become fast friends and Jasmine thinks of Mrs. Knightly as a grandmother.

Felix Carrington helps run the family wedding venue business at Carrington Farm and is an excellent photographer and does most of the wedding photography he is also very good friends with Mrs. Knightly who has given him permission to take as many photos as he requires around her beautiful Peppercorn House, the house that is over one hundred years old home to the wealthy Darcell family and said to be haunted.

Winnifred although she has come to terms with the loss of her eleven year old sister Alice all those years ago while on a family picnic at home, but she never forgets Winnifred feels that she will never know as well but she gets on with life and sees herself as a very good at matchmaking and she has set her sights on ensuring that Felix and Jasmine will find the love they both deserve.

When Jasmine and Liam move into Peppercorn House for a short time this brings Felix and Jasmine closer together but there are a couple of people who think that they should not be together and cause a few problems and with them, will they find their happiness, will Winnifred ever find out what happened to Alice?

I do highly recommend this one, I cried and I smiled throughout the book, Mrs. Knightly is one is the most caring, loving and beautiful people and Felix he is the best ever hero, I love him so much and Jasmine she is beautiful on the inside and outside, this one is beautifully written filled with all sorts of emotions and one not to be missed. I do hope we are back in Kangaroo Ridge soon, because I really think Seb and Gemma need a story of their own.

Many thanks MS. Hurley-Moore for a fabulous story, I loved it.
