I do love a good second chance romance and this one is so good and throw in the fact that it is a Christmas story as well fabulous, I like reading Christmas stories all year round. MS Gianna has given Jillian and Conor a second chance that they both deserved when their marriage broke up they still had a lot to talk about now is their chance.
Physical therapist Jillian Keyser has just broken her wrist and the last thing she needs is to be treated by her ex-husband Dr. Conor McCarthy at the clinic he works at, but she must get it treated and this does bring her back in contact with Conor the man she loved so much, but he was that man who always put work first, but that spark is still there.
Conor had always wanted what he thought was best for the love of his life, his wife Jillian so he threw everything he had into his work ensuring that everything would be good, but sadly he let her down and she left but she was always in his heart. And now she needs help and he is there to give it and the more time they spend together with their dogs the more he wants to finally open up, could he win her over again?
I loved this story MS Gianna pulled out all of the heartstrings with this one, a beautiful setting and true love story of two people who really needed to open up to each other and get that love to burst through the barriers they had kept inside. This is a great medical romance, it has all of the feels and made me smile, a sigh worthy hero and a strong heroine who is beautiful inside and out, I did love Hudson and Yorkie as well.
