This is such a great story, witty, sensual and filled with emotion, we have met heiress Carmel Davenport before and yes she was rather a spoilt young woman with problems, in this story we really get to know Carmel and I think she is one of the best heroines, come along and meet her and the man that has her heart Damien Kalymnios.

Carmel has made a lot of headway in her life and wants to put the past behind her and move onto the future but she has one more thing that needs to be done and that is finally get the divorce from her husband Damian, the husband that she married five years ago and the one that lasted such a short time, he has refused before so now she is arriving in his office to get him to sign the paperwork, hoping that he will sign.

Damian is not happy when his wife arrives in his office and he is still not going to give her what she wants but maybe if she agrees to spend some time with him and his ailing grandmother on his island he will sign, but the more time they spend together the more she gets into his heart should he sign the papers or is there a chance that they can really find love and happiness together?

I loved this one from start to finish, getting to know Carmel and Damian and understand their pasts and see how they meld together so well was so good, Carmel is a beautiful person inside and outside, caring loving and so very witty and Damian is learning to love with Carmel by his side, this is one that I highly recommend to any lover of a good romance.

My thanks to the author for my digital copy to read and review.
