This is such a great story, we get to meet stylist Sophie Williams and artist Max Cartwright, both struggling at the moment with life and both very stubborn people, their first meeting is not the best, but they both do very much notice each other. I do hope you pick this one up and come along for the journey to a very lovely HEA after a few ups and downs.

Sophie’s life is filled with work and taking care of her younger sister Gaby, there is no time for her, Gaby must come first. Sophie is very good at her job and goes the extra mile to make sure that her clients are well looked after. Arriving for an evening event and she is late after having to make a dash out for one of her clients and on returning in the company car she meets a really good looking guy but boy is he grumpy, but there seems to be a spark there and first impressions are not always right.

Max is an artist and he is struggling, he tends to keep his past to himself and he is so determined to make it as an artist on his own with no help from his family, but when he meets the lovely guest at the event he is working at he really feels a pull towards her but she is feisty and on meeting her again at one of her client’s places they go for coffee and a friendship is starting up the heat between them is so hot.

Their relationship is very up and down, Max runs hot and cold and Sophie is not scared to say what she thinks and the heat and passion flare, so there are lots of slamming doors and yelling but in bed they ignite in a good way, it isn’t long before Max has a good think about his life and Sophie also opens up with her boss and love and life explodes in happiness and love with both Max and Sophie finding their happy places.

I really enjoyed this one, a quick read that has all of the boxes ticked for a great romance, emotion, angst, laughs, smiles I do highly recommend this one it is sure to leave any reader feeling happy.

My thanks to the author for my copy to read and review.
