This story was worth the wait, it is so good I loved Valentine and Angelique both are filled with passion and strength, they met while teenagers and never lost the spark between them, but a lot has happened in the ensuring years while they have been separated can they make a life together work while being in the limelight?
Valentine was a young prince when Angelique came to the palace with her polo ponies and he was pulled towards her the spark could light up the palace but their time together was short lived, now ten years later Valentine is King and ready to give up a lot to be with the woman he has never forgotten and never gotten out of his system.
Angelique moved on after her time with Valentine, life threw a lot of curve balls her way and her reputation is not the best but her horses are still the most important in her life but when she meets up with Valentine again and he offers her a proposition her heart says take it how can it not but she never expects the consequences of their sensual time together will bring.
Wow what a story, Kelly Hunter has filled the pages with a sensual, moving and fabulous story, Valentine and Angelique come to life with witty banter and a romance that will have you turning the pages, Valentine is determined to win Angelique and she is hard pressed to say no, their love is so strong. This is an awesome story that I loved from page one, a must read for any true romance reader who loves a story that is passionate and beautiful. Thank you Kelly Hunter for a wonderful story.
