Rachael Stewart has again penned a beautiful story of love when two scarred people have a second chance at love, Actor Catherine Wilde and Alaric de Vere had been friends since childhood and had always held each other very close to their hearts but years had passed and both have been hurt but now maybe it is time for healing and finding love on a gorgeous island in Greece, will they find that happiness, come along for the journey.
Catherine is suffering inside although no one can see it she is the actor who has everything beautiful and full of life but when she needs to get away and find some closure her best friend Flo asks that she visit her brother’s island and see if she can help him along with herself, Catherine jumps at the chance after all her and Alaric had always been friends. This might be good for them both.
Alaric has kept himself locked away on his private island since that accident that changed his life, he is not the person he used to be but when his sister asks if their friend Catherine can visit because she needs some to time to sort some things he reluctantly agrees you see he has always had a spot in his heart for Catherine but he has not caught up with her for a long time.
Bringing Alaric and Catherine together was the best thing that could happen for them both it was not long before sparks are igniting and a night of passion leads to a lot of talking of course there are a few hurdles to cross first as true love never runs smoothly. Beautifully written this story is filled with heart-felt emotion and a sensual and gorgeous romance. This is one that I would highly recommend it is sure to leave any romance reader with many happy sighs as they get to know such a wonderful hero and heroine.
