Army medic Nick Casey does not like being
released in the care of his estranged wife Tiggy after being hospitalised.
Tiggy had not been able to forget her love
and passion for Nick and does not want him back in the house they shared as
happy couple to invoke painful memories. Yet she couldn’t walk away from her
responsibilities. So she takes him home to take care of him. Yet she couldn’t
stop the memories of their happy and sad times together. And she discovers her
blood still runs hot at his touch.
Then she discovers a secret he has been
hiding. It’s so explosive, will she be able to move on from it?
THE WIFE HE NEVER FORGOT is an astounding
medical romance. At times it takes us behind the enemy lines in Afghanistan. It
shows us how our soldiers and medics keep up with all the wounded amid all the
action. This seems author Anne Fraser’s tribute to our young soldier’s and
their lives. I was profoundly moved by reading this emotional story.
