This is a story of second chances, of secrets, of hurts and of love, set in the small town of Clearwater, you will be turning the pages as Lauren and Tommy reunite in a sensual and passionate journey to a HEA filled with ups and downs. Take hold of your seat as you read this fast paced story, with wonderful characters that you will really get to love.

Lauren Taylor is returning to her home town fifteen years after she left in a hurry, it is a school reunion and the only reason she is returning is because of her best friend Sarah, Lauren has led a hard life her mother left her while she was at school and her father ignored her, come prom night and she left never to return, till now and who is the first person she meets the boy she never forgot Tommy Slater, and the sparks fly.

Tommy Slater is the local mechanic, he did leave Clearwater for a while but Baseball never worked out the way he had dreamed of and he is now running the family business, he leads a quiet single life and when he pulls over to help a woman in a broken down car never suspecting that it is the one girl he never forgot Lauren who took off the night of the prom supposedly with Brett who also has never been seen, he always though they would be together. One day together helping her out and he is feeling like a teenager again.

When a body is discovered on the school grounds, and Lauren is the prime suspect, Tommy and Lauren get even closer searching for answers and they uncover secrets that will bring joy to Lauren, this book is so well written, I loved Lauren and Tommy, first loves are never forgotten and they were meant to be together, Lauren had been through so much and Tommy was there for her. I did very much enjoy this story and I highly recommend it.
