Rosie Hart Mystery Series #3
Kaz Delaney

I am loving this series, Rosie Hart is such an empathetic, compassionate, caring and determined solver of murders and mysteries in and around her home town of Arlie Falls Texas, I must also add that it would be quite easy to gain a few kilos while reading with the awesome cakes and deserts that Rosie makes.
Rosie has been supplying cakes to the candy store Sweet Treats in the nearby town of Hoopers Corner run by two lovely elderly sisters Francine and Edith Percival, they have lived in the town all of their lives and taken over the candy store from their mother, they are well respected and thought highly of from the towns folk, but when their long lost great nephew arrives in town and is murdered in their home the sisters are the suspects.
Rosie of course steps in after all she has been in their shoes before and knows what it is like and she takes on the search for the murderer, doing what she does so well and that is talking to people and getting them to open up to her more than they would the sheriff. Things get even worse when there is another man murdered a local this time and the pressure is on.
I love that Rosie goes full steam ahead and starts uncovering secrets that have been kept for many years by the people of Hoopers Corner, they all have each other’s backs and are reluctant to open up, but there are secret hidden diamonds and missing people and family secrets to uncover and Rosie gets there with a little help from her friends.
Kaz Delaney you have done it again had me guessing right to the very end, so many could have beens along the way, and of course Rosie’s friends who are there to support and add so much to this story. I really do highly recommend this book and this series if you want a fabulous who-done-it that will keep you turning the pages and guessing to the very end.
