I am not sure where to start with this one, I loved it so much, MS Douglas has never disappointed me with one of her stories but I think this is her best one yet that I have read. Oh did I love Jasper and Imogen, I do hope that you will pick this one up and enjoy it as much as I did, it is filled with witty banter and emotions and is sure to leave the reader very happy.

Australian Imogen Hartley has come to an Island, Tesoura of the coast of Brazil to be housemaid for the very wealthy Jasper Coleman she is helping out her aunt for a short time before she kicks of her own business. Jasper is handsome, very handsome but aloof not overly friendly and their association should be boss and servant but it feels a bit more than that, but when a baby arrives Jasper really needs Imogen’s help.

Jasper Coleman is Australian as well and ran to his island two years ago he still runs his business but does not mix with people and there are reasons for this but when his housekeeper brings her niece here to help for a while Jasper can feel his heart starting to melt Imogen is vibrant, chatty and gorgeous and he has not felt like he could open up like this ever. When his nephew arrives Imogen helps in so many ways and that wall he has around himself is breaking down bit by bit.

A damaged hero who cares so much about the women in his life, a heroine who is strong, loving and caring and not too scared to say what she thinks, a baby, George who helps bring them together, a story that brings us issues that are very relevant in today’s society and handled so well by the author, this is a story that is not to be missed, there were laughs and smiles so many emotions ups and downs as Jasper and Imogen get to know each other, a HEA that had me crying with happiness and such joy. This is one that I highly recommend thank you so much MS Douglas.

THE MAID, THE MILLIONAIRE,AND THE BABY is a sweet romance with a hint of mystery. Author Michelle Douglas writes so beautifully. She tackled this social issue of domestic abuse in this book and it would keep a reader engrossed in the story and hopefully give people hope and inspiration.

Highly recommended for all readers of romance.
