A true romance, beautifully written with all of the emotion of two people who had always had feelings for each other but somehow hadn’t picked up on them and now it is time to come together and find the love and passion they deserve. I do hope that you love getting to know King Paul and Princess Eva as much as I did.
Princess Eva knew her betrothal to King Paul was made for political reasons but in her heart she knew from a very young age that Paul would be the man that she would always love, their betrothal was not rushed through so as Eva could finish her studies but the time has come now to announce their engagement and Eva is looking forward to it to finally showing her love for him. Her heart is shattered when Paul ends the engagement within hours of it being announced, maybe it is time for Eva to find someone who will love her.
King Paul has had a very hard time in the last four years after the things his father has done and saving the country from financial ruin is finally coming good, he feels it is time to release Eva from their commitment, she has never appeared to be pleased about marrying him. When he announces his release he sees a different side of Eva a passionate woman and when there is a scandalous photo released Paul is determined to keep Eva safe but will he lose his heart along the way?
Oh I did love this story, deciding to spend time together to squash all rumours, Eva steps up and works hard to help Paul. Eva is a beautiful person she is strong and caring and shows that strength in the way she stands up to the media and Paul. Oh and Paul what a hero he is and I loved seeing him fall in love with Eva, their strength together is bound by true love.
MS West never fails to capture me in her stories her characters are very easy to love and the settings take me on some fabulous journeys around the world living lifestyles that we dream of. This is one that I would highly recommend and I do hope that we get to see Eva’s bother Leo find his HEA.
