I do love a good Christmas story and these ones had me turning the pages.
12 Days at Silver Bells
Jennie Jones.
A beautifully written story, this one is heart-warming and lots of fun, Kate has escaped the her high profile job for a twelve day break over Christmas, she needs to make “The Decision” so her best friend sets her up in a country cottage Silver Bells House for these days to help her out.
Kate has an incident on the way and is rescued by Mr. Bigger and Bigger alias Jamie, it turns out that Jamie is living in Silver Bells House and that is the last thing that Kate wants to make her decision, but attraction and a spark and maybe some shooting stars have bought them together.
This is a laugh out loud story, that is moving, emotional and one fabulous story, I loved it.
Her Christmas Kisses
Susanne Bellamy
It is just about Christmas time and Flick is running away from the life that she has known and the hopes that she had, she is in desperate need of a job and place to stay, she is a pastry chef and baking is what she knows best.
When there is an accident that leaves her old car written off Xander is there his car was also damaged and he just maybe the answer to her needs as he owns the Rainbow Cove resort. It is not long before Flick is working in the restaurant.
Finding love was not what either of them was looking for but find it they did in the most beautiful way, there are lots of smiles and sighs in this moving story.
I lovely story that had me turning the pages as Flick and Xander journey to their HEA. I loved this one.
Naughty or Nice
Lauren K McKellar
A delightful Christmas story about two people who have been hurt in the past in different ways, who both badly need the promotion that is up for grabs at the marketing company they work for.
Claire has worked at In The Lead for many years and does well, but office gossip is still a worry and she is going all out to get this promotion, the only worry the new guy Hamish MR. Nice but can anyone really be that nice.
Hamish recently started work here and he is attracted the beautiful Claire although she seems aloof at times he is determined to get through to her and being the nice guy he is Hamish is there to offer help even if it seems to be not wanted, even though he really needs this promotion.
It is not long before either of them can ignore the pull between them but having an office fling is the worst and being hurt even more so, but love has a way bringing happiness to people who deserve it, a lovely HEA that left me smiling.
Christmas in Ghost Gums Springs
Nicole Flockton
A Christmas story set out in the outback which was thoroughly enjoyable and publican Connor is determined to bring all of the festivities of Christmas to the town and especially the American woman he picked up on the road into town after being on a shopping spree for more Christmas decorations, it couldn’t be that hard could it.
Diana grew up in a small town in Montana USA and she did not like it at all living with her Grinch grandmother and being laughed at by the rest of the town when she had always gone out of her way to please her Grandma Mary-Lou. She is now on an adventure on her own to Australia and the outback when her car breaks down in the middle of nowhere. A tall handsome man arrives to save the day but not in the way she expects.
Connor has left the big city lights and his high powered job for the time being to decide what he should do, his mate owns the pub in Ghost Gums Springs and has asked Connor to run the pub while he is on his honeymoon, and it is just on Christmas and he loves Christmas and goes all out to brighten everyone’s lives, but Diana seems to be a hard person to crack but he feels a pull to her like no other woman, will he lose his heart at one of his favourite times of the year.
Connor can be very convincing and Diana also feels this pull which is hard to deny, this is a great story I loved seeing them find their way to love and a HEA both needs this in their lives and they are perfect for each other, loved it.
Tinsel in a Tangle

It is time to start reading Christmas stories and as the tagline says for this one “A Christmas story that packs a punch”, it is fun, witty and fabulous, a quick read that will leave you feeling so very happy I loved getting to know Shelby and Adam and I am sure any reader will.
Shelby Yule works in HR at a very modern company, she is a fabulous person to work for always going out of her way to make any occasion fabulous, but when Adam Tide starts working there she is crushing on him, but office romances are not always the best, but heading up to Christmas Shelby is determined to invite Adam to her special Christmas lunch and even more so when the company Christmas party ends up in a fight.
Adam Tide has moved from Queensland to Sydney for this job and he is loving it and wants so much to get to know Shelby lot more than he does, but he holds himself back and does what he can to be there for her especially when their boss Felix is ass. Christmas parties should be fun but when Felix pushes Adam’s buttons he lashes out.
This one is very Christmassy and lots of fun I was cheering Adam and Shelby on throughout this story and the ending is perfect, Adam is such an awesome hero and Shelby the best heroine they deserve each other big time, woohoo thank you MS Paton for a story that left me feeling happy and cheery.
