We are back in Marietta with the Matthews brothers and this time we see Jordon get his HEA, Jordon has just inherited a ranch from his biological father a person he never knew and Jordon wants nothing more than to sell it he is not happy that he never came near him when he was left in foster care at the age of four, why would he leave him a ranch?

Lil McAllen and her sister Meg have been leasing The Willow Creek ranch for a while now and have a seven year lease and they have been through a lot and they are very happy here building up their cows and Lil is also training horses all is going well that is until the new owner shows up.

Jordon desperately needs to sell the ranch so as his father Wade can purchase more land but when he arrives at the Willow Creek Ranch and meets his tenants and they refuse to leave no matter what he offers but he is rather taken with Lil she is not only beautiful but she is strong, but then things start happening, fences cut, power outages and animals in danger and Jordon and Lil are determined to work together to find out what is going on.

Soon Lil and Jordon are fighting a losing battle to deny the pull that is growing between them as they work towards getting answers but Lil does not want permanent or trouble and Jordon will find it hard to convince her that together they will be very happy, will he be able to and keep her and the ranch safe?

This is another fabulous installment in this series, fabulous characters, I loved Lil and Jordon and I loved seeing them fall in love even though there was a lot of denial going on, I would highly recommend this one and the series, can’t help falling for a cowboy and am very much looking forward to more in the series.
