I am loving my visits to Augathella, I love how each story brings all of the people we have met into it and welcomes new characters to the area, this time a visitor arrives and the reason she is here is uncertain, why has she arrived now?
Laura Adnum’s life has changed and she makes the decision to visit her brother-in-law Braden and her three nephews for the first time, she wants to make sure they are well but being told on the way into town that Braden has remarried is not what she expected and her appearance at the pub does not go down well.
The new doctor Harry Higgins is at the pub when the visitor arrives and he senses that she is troubled in some way, soon they are sitting next to each other and getting to know each other both have demons from their past and when Harry is needed at the hospital Laura steps up and offers her help.
Harry is good for Laura and vis versa they both get on well and are soon opening up to each other, Laura realizes that her suspicions about Braden and the boys maybe unfounded and just maybe Harry and Laura will find their happiness. I loved the story it is also about Braden and Callie as well as they sort through some problems.
I did very much enjoy this installment in this series and look forward to reading them all and I do highly recommend them, it is a great town and community to visit.
