Dani Collins knows how to put sizzle and emotion in a story and this one is so good, I loved both the hero and heroine Jun Li and Ivy, both showed vulnerability but both are very strong and caring and they deserved their beautiful HEA.
Ivy Lam has returned to Vancouver looking for a new job after a break-up with her ex, looking for love is not something that is on Ivy’s mind, when a friend introduces her to billionaire Jun Li she is attracted instantly and maybe a one night stand will eliminate the ex and she can look to the future but with consequences the future maybe nothing like she expected.
Jun Li is a busy man with lots of responsibility he travels a lot and having a wife and family is not on his cards, but at a friend’s engagement party he meets the beautiful Ivy, she is fun and easy to be with and one night with her is more than he expected but that is all it can be even if he thinks about her all the time, but when she arrives back to see him with a bombshell his world is about to be turned upside down.
They had a bit of an uphill battle to get to their HEA, Ivy was happy to be a single mother and didn’t expect Jun Li to whisk her away and marry her she always wanted to marry for love, As they get to know each other better love is growing even if it takes Jun Li a while to realise it, this is a beautiful story with emotion and a sensual romance that had me turning the pages and it is one that I highly recommend.
