I do love being swept away to the desert, with palaces and exotic landscapes and handsome Sheikhs and Anne West does it so well, this time we are in Dhalkur and the new Sheikh Salim needs to find a wife, bring in matchmaker Rosanna to help but when he realizes who she is keeping the pull he has to her locked up is not easy, but Rosanna is determined to be professional, will she be able to though?

Rosanna has been badly burnt by love before and is not looking for a HEA but when she takes on the role of matchmaker to a sheikh, her first job and arrives only to be met with the man she has met before and knew nothing about even though he left her with a memory she would never forget. Rosanna is not going to let the past stop her from doing her job and sets about choosing a list of woman that would suit becoming Salim’s Queen.

Salim needs to find a wife and fast to ensure that he remains in favour with his people after the upheaval they have been through, he is not looking for love but he needs someone with specific capabilities, so a matchmaker is called and he is shocked when he meets Rosanna the woman he has not forgotten after their brief encounter and although she is doing a great job he finds it hard to think of choosing a bride when Rosanna is close by. He needs to get her out of his system will a fling for a week do it, will she agree?

This book is sensual and moving and so beautifully written, I could hardly put it down, I was pulled into Salim and Rosanna’s story from page one and loved getting to know them, they are both such wonderful people caring, loving and just made for each other and it wasn’t long before they came to that fact, one sensual week was never going to be enough. This is one that I would highly recommend, it has everything that a romance reader wants and the ending is perfect, thank you Annie West for another beautiful story, I loved it so much.

My thanks to the author for my copy to read and review
