I really am loving this series and this one is an emotional roller coaster for two people who had been through so much in their childhood and teenage years, living on the commune bought them so much hurt, but sixteen years on can Saul MacDonald and Trudie Weiss find love and true happiness that they so very much deserve?

Saul left Kurrajong Crossing as a young sixteen year old, he ran from danger and terrible times, he left everything behind, his mother Chrissie, his younger brother Alexander and Trudie the girl he loved the one he promised to keep safe. Now Saul is a doctor and he has reconnected with his mother and wants to meet up with his brother now known as Xander coming home to Kurrajong Crossing is emotional and more emotional still when he realises that he is living next door to Trudie, the one he has never forgotten.

Trudie did get away for a few years and went to university but Kurrajong Crossing is the place she calls home, she lives comfortably now caring for animals and plants, she has lots of friends in town and seems to know everyone but she still keeps to herself, then out of the blue Saul ‘Sunny’ arrives in town and it is not long before the walls that Trudie has built up start to break down Saul was the one and only for Trudie all those years ago, can they re- open up that bond they always had?

I loved this one, it is a beautifully told story filled with emotion, seeing Trudie and Saul open up about what happened all of those years ago seeing the walls break down for them both had me cheering them on, these two deserved to be happy so much, throw in some cute pets to add to the story and this is a romance that will have you turning the pages till you get to the most beautiful of HEA’s.

I do highly recommend this story and the series, Kurrajong Crossing is the place to be. Thank you MS Marsden for another keeper.

My thanks to the author and publisher for my digital copy to read and review.
