This series is taking me on some fabulous trips to countries that I would love to get to one day, though in the mean time I will do some arm chair travelling with characters that have a sense of humour and some ups and downs in their travels that are sure to keep you turning the pages as they take in the sights and meet the perfect partners to enjoy their lives with.

Sammi Shorten never goes anywhere her sister has travelled to Paris and met the man of her dreams and now Sammi has decided that it is time to take a trip herself not necessarily for love but it is time to get off the couch and have some fun. So Rome it is and a budget tour is the way to go, only Sammi never realized what would happen to her when she arrives in the place of her dreams from the movies she had watched, I mean it wasn’t supposed to be bed bugs and a crappy hotel and some difficult fellow tourists but then of course she would not have met gorgeous tour guide Italian Marcello.

Marcello Bambozzi is an artist but helps out with tours around Rome he is gorgeous and generous but when he meets Australian Sammi his world is about to be upended big time, there is a connection between them that sparks and when disaster strikes for Sammi Marcello is there to pick up the pieces if she will let him of course.

I did enjoy this story but there were times when I could have shaken Sammi she really had a hard time working out what she wanted for herself and some of the people on the tour with her could push buttons, but I did love Marcello what a hero he melted my heart and really Sammi and him make such a great couple. Thank you MS Duggan for another fabulous trip with fun people that left me smiling.

4/5 stars for a great story
