FLEETING MOMENTS by author Rania Battany is a July 2019 release by Aquiver Publishing.
Maya was devastated when her boyfriend left her for another woman. She never got on well with her mom. She felt her mom never understood her. And she was not one to come close to another person easily. So she kept a wall around her feelings as a buffer. But meeting Sam has changed her.
Could she let Sam come close to her? Dare she trust him not to hurt her? And then in walks her past in her life once again. Could she do the right thing?
FLEETING MOMENTS is a well-written story about a woman’s shattered life after her love and trust is betrayed. Author Rania Battany skilfully took Maya to rock-bottom in her pain and devastation and lets her climb back up. Maya is prickly. This book is a page-turner with twisted family drama and realistic characters.
Highly Recommended.

People grieve in so many different ways, and some find it a lot harder to get through, this is a story that sees one woman climb up from her dark feelings with the help of someone who is positive, fun and loving, this book is a page turner and the first I have read from this author and it won’t be the last.
We meet Maya in this story, Maya has a brilliant mathematical mind and the one person who truly knew her was her father and he has been gone for four years now, and when her boyfriend of six years walks out on her on her thirtieth birthday Maya crashes big time, she is alone and not close to her mother and sister but when a work mate invites her to an exercise class at the lake, maybe her life is about to turn around, will she find someone else that really knows her?
Sam is a personal fitness trainer, always positive, always helpful and always there for friends, thanks to the upbringing from his grandparents, and when his best friend and neighbor Amanda brings a friend Maya to his class he is drawn to her, there is something that pulls him to her and Sam is never one to give up and he sets his heart and mind on Maya.
I have to say that there were times in this story that Maya did my head in, but boy did MS Battany get me invested in Maya’s story her journey from grief to happiness and the emotions that just poured out from Maya had me feeling for her and then Sam, what a hero, what a man he is just beautiful in so many ways. This is a really well written story one that I do recommend there are lots of ups and downs and heart-felt emotions, but I had to get to the end and what an ending it did leave me feeling very happy.
