Fiona McArthur has done it again with another gorgeous and beautiful story filled with emotion, love, romance and such happiness, I do hope that you will come along for the journey to a beautiful HEA with Marcus and Tilly.
Matilda MacPherson is a midwife and loves her job, bringing babies into the world is precious but it can have its worrying moments as well, there is a new head of obstetrics starting at the hospital today and Tilly is very pleased this one is younger and hopefully more enthused about modern birthing.
Marcus Bennett has studied for years to be able to run an obstetrics department so as he can make decisions that will make mothers and babies as safe as they can be, he has rules that he needs to keep in place and his first day does not go as planned as he meets the neighbour he had a run in with the day before and finds that she is a junior midwife in his hospital and he knows that they are going to clash.
This is such a good story it has everything in it, it is witty which caused lots of smiles it is also emotional there were tears from me but the joy of seeing Tilly break down the wall that Marcus had built around himself was moving and filled with such love as they argued and stood their grounds until they found that happy place called love. A must read story for any romance reader that loves babies and romance, I have to say the setting is fabulous as well, Coogee is one of Sydney’s awesome beaches even with sharks, I do highly recommend this one it left me smiling.
My thanks to the author for my digital copy to read and review.
