This is such a great story set in Bindarra Creek a place I do love to visit, this time we meet Seth Gordon a medic in the army who has spent most of his life here on his grandparent’s property on the edge of the Akuna National Park, the property is now his now but when he sees a parachutist falling into the river he is there to rescue her, never realising that this rescue will change his life.
Seth rescues a beautiful woman in silk and one stiletto with a head wound, just as a storm breaks leaving them stranded just as well he is a medic and he gets to work saving her, it takes some time before she comes around and she has no memory of who she is, but Seth feels that he can trust her but there is something going on in her life that they will need to get to the bottom of.
Coming too with no memory of who she is, her rescuer decides that Angel is a fitting name, there are bullet holes in her parachute and Angel knows that if she is found she is dead, but they really need to work on who she is and with the help of Seth’s friend Toby a few things are uncovered but it seems that Angel is in big danger.
Trust plays a big part in this story can they trust each other Angel’s memory is bad but a few things coming out uncovering more information and the more time they spend together the spark between them grows as well, but will Seth be able to save Angel from the threat that is coming for her?
I really loved this story, political intrigue, spies and two fabulous characters Seth and Angel I loved them both they are so caring and strong, this is one that I would highly recommend, it had me turning the pages to uncover the truth that is behind Angel a beautiful HEA.
