The Enchanted Village #9

We are back in Lower Thistlewick and the enchanted village with its beautiful enchanted cottages where people come to stay to find themselves perhaps and they get lots of help from not only the wonderful residents of the village but the cottages as well, these cottages always know what the visitor needs and helps them in many ways.
Kirsten Tredinick is a barrister from London a KC and a very respected one for twenty years she is strong and has always been sure of what she is doing and who she is defending that is until the Danvers case and now things have changed for her and she knows she needs a break and on recommendation from a friend she rents Michaelmas Cottage in the village of Lower Thistlewick hoping that this time away will help her get back to her normal self.
She arrives at the tiny cottage, it is cold and there are school books there and the calendar is on the wrong month and every time she changes it, it goes back to where it wants to, the fire lights itself, strange she thinks but she starts her sabbatical and talks to no one about what happened not even her daughter but slowly as she gets to know the residents she is starting to feel better and getting to know local school teacher Gabriel better as well, time is passing and each day Kirsten is feeling betting will she go back to London and the bar or will she perhaps find love and a new live here in Lower Thistlewick?
Book nine in this wonderful series that is uplifting and filled with so many wonderful characters who have become friends throughout the series, I look forward to the next book which will end the series, I do highly recommend this one and the series to any lover of a good story that will leave the reader smiling.
My thanks to the author for my copy to read and review.
