This is a delightful romance story with wonderful characters, I fell into it from the first page as we get to know Elise and Max, come along and enjoy the fun and romance.
Elise Olson has been dating her boss for a while now and decided to surprise him while he was on a conference in Sydney she knew his room number and booked her flight from Melbourne, she easily gets a key to his room and sneaks into his room and what a night it was, the best she has ever had, sensual and fabulous but then in the morning she wakes in a strangers arms, she is stunned and shocked and runs as fast as she can leaving no name, no contact. Then she discovers that her boyfriend has been cheating on her all along.
Elise makes big changes in her life and leaves her job in Melbourne and takes a marketing job in Sydney a new start and a decision to put love aside for now she does not want to be heartbroken again, but she does not forget the man and that glorious night she spent in Sydney.
Max Harper never forgot the gorgeous blonde he spent that sensual night with and searched high and low for her not only did he have something of hers to return but he wanted to get to know her better. As vice president of one of Sydney’s top entertainment companies his beloved grandmother is retiring and she has an ultimatum to her two vice president grandsons and Max needs to win.
Max had just about given up hope of finding his blonde girl when he discovers she is working for his company in marketing and a lunch meeting between them will change their lives but will Elise take the plunge and become Max’s wife can she keep her heart intact and what of Max he is pretty sure his heart is already lost to Elise can he convince Elise that love is there for them both and with life throwing hurdles in their way will they make it to a HEA for a future together?
I loved this one from start to finish, and highly recommend it to any lover of a good romance, fabulous characters and setting and a second fabulous romance what more could you want, thank you MS. Shepherd for another fabulous story.
