The 85th Copper Mountain Rodeo #1

Jane Porter

I do love visiting Marietta and Jane Porter has written a beautiful story, it is an emotional roller coaster ride as Ansley Campbell meets Rye Calhoun at Marietta’s 85th Copper Mountain Rodeo, will their lives change?

Ansley is the youngest of six children with five older brothers, she is and artist has come to Marietta to care for her ailing uncle, she is staying at the Cold Canyon Ranch, she has set up a studio in the barn and is loving getting on with her painting and has hopes to open up her own art gallery one day in Marietta, one thing she is not looking for and that is love, but that just might change when she meets Rye.

Rodeo cowboy Rye has arrived in town for the rodeo, Rye is committed to his family and running the family roofing business, on weekends he goes to rodeos to earn more money, staying single is what he wants he doesn’t have time for love, but he might just have met his match when he meets the beautiful and strong willed Ansley.

The sparks fly between these two but will they ever be able to overcome the hurdles that they need to jump first, I loved Rye what a hero so caring and selfless always thinking of other people and Ansley she is strong and loving and knows what she wants and will stand up for herself and others.

I beautiful story, so well written, I loved the setting and all of the characters they are very easy to make friends with. This is one that I do highly recommend to any romance reader, who loves a cowboy.
