Give me a Prince or a sheikh from the desert and I am smiling and meeting Zafar really had me smiling this Prince had been through so much and yet when he meets the strong and independent midwife Carmen he soon finds that his heart is lost to love but can he convince Carmen that a life together is what will make them happy?

Carmen has been hurt badly by her ex and is working two jobs to get back on track she is a wonderful caring midwife and when she meets young Zandorran Fadia who gives birth to twins, she also meets Fadia’s cousin Zafar who appears arrogant at first but the more time they spend together the better she gets to know him and when she agrees to go to Zandorra and be Fadia’s helper her life changes forever.

Zafar is a paediatrician but duties to his country have pulled him away from the job he loves and bought him to Australia to ensure that his cousin and the heirs to the throne are safe, there is danger lurking and this makes him a little on edge he has lost loved ones before and has no intention of it happening again. When he meets Fadia’s midwife it feels like his heart is opening up again and the walls are falling, convincing her to come to Zandorra is not easy but a new world opens up to him when she comes.

Another beautiful romance in this series from Fiona McArthur beautifully written with characters that were easy to get to know I loved Zafar and Carmen and thought that they made the best couple two strong people who had been hurt before and deserved to find love and happiness together in a gorgeous desert world, there are a few ups and downs along the way but when they get there, there are lots of smiles and cheering. This is one that I would highly recommend.
