First book in a new series and it is a second chance romance for Bailey and Hayes and of course we are back in my favourite town of Marietta for The Copper Mountain Rodeo, come along for a beautiful story.
Bailey Logan has returned to her home town after a long absence she is a silversmith these days and travelling around selling her beautiful work but she is also helping her friend at the by looking after a horse that is mixed up in a divorce settlement, so when her neighbour Wade Matthews offers to keep the horse in his barn for Bailey to help on his ranch this has worked out well until Wade has a fall and his eldest nephew Hayes arrives at the ranch to help, she has never forgotten Hayes after all these years especially the way she left him.
Hayes returns to Fort Tree ranch to help his injured uncle and he is shocked to find Bailey there and the horse in the barn, Bailey was his first love and he has never forgotten her and it seems that the spark is still there but he knows she is covering something up and this could lead to danger.
This is a beautiful romance I loved Bailey and Hayes so much, Bailey left all those years ago because of her fears after the life she had lead with her mother and step-father even though she knows that Hayes is not like her step-father but back together now her fears are still there, Hayes is determined to get to the truth of why Bailey left before and soon they are talking and falling back together but can they move on to the future with love and happiness, and stay safe.
I do highly recommend this one, a moving and emotional story with awesome characters.
