Book one in a new series and a new to me author, I have to say I love a good story set in Montana and meeting Page and Owen had its ups and downs throughout this one, will they get there in the end?
Dr. Paige Connors grew up in the small town of Banberry but her wish was always to get away and that she has done since becoming a doctor she works in paediatrics and loves what she does and she travels the world doing it, she comes home here and there for a week or so to catch up with her family on their farm till she finds her next placement this time though the Connors have a new neighbor Owen Johnson and the attraction is instant.
Owen has been medically discharged from the marines and he wants to settle down he finds a farm to buy and is getting used to this life and meeting the locals, when he meets the neighbour’s daughter Paige his body reacts instantly and soon he is doing all he can to encourage her to stay in Banberry, a picnic one afternoon proves the chemistry between them is so strong, but then an accident that afternoon changes everything.
Will these changes see Paige change her thoughts on staying in Banberry and with Owen? Will Owen be able to convince her to stay and open up to the love that could be theirs?
This is one very sensual and steamy story, lots of family in this one and great characters, it is one that I would recommend to any lover of a good romance.
