I do love a friends to lover’s story and this one was so very good, Hannah and Brendan deserved happiness they had both been through so much, but can Hannah let go of her need to protect and be in charge long enough to see that it is time that she is looked after?
Brendan is a top criminal lawyer and hotel billionaire and normally gets what he wants in a good way but the one thing he has craved for fifteen years is out of his reach his beautiful best friend Hannah, but when life changes for Hannah and she comes to him, the passion ignites and two months later Hannah is again on Brendan’s doorstep with news that she is pregnant.
Hannah has cared for her mother and sister and been the person they always turn too, she has worked hard to get to where she is as a good lawyer and partner to support them but when her life turns upside down she turns to her best friend it is not easy for her to give up control of her life but maybe the time has come will Brendan be the one to help her?
A fabulous story, I have been waiting for Hannah’s story and I loved it, Brendan is the perfect hero for Hannah, he has loved her for so long the chemistry between them is off the page and Hannah, yes it is finally time for her to be looked after and look to her future happiness with the man she loves. This is one that I highly recommend, beautifully written with emotion and lots of love, it left me feeling happy.
